3. Account & Profile Guidelines
Profiles, posts, or channels promoting hate speech, illegal activities, adult content, harassment, or copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.
Any order pointing to prohibited material will be terminated immediately without a refund, and your account may be permanently suspended.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Wallet Balance: All deposits made to SMMReseller.in are final. Funds added to your wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or refunded back to your bank, UPI, or original payment method.
Order Issues: If an order fails, becomes canceled, or cannot be completed by our system, the corresponding amount will automatically be credited back to your SMMReseller.in balance.
Disputes & Chargebacks: Opening an unauthorized dispute, chargeback, or claim via payment gateways (Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, Crypto, etc.) will result in immediate termination of your account, IP ban, and forfeiture of all remaining credits.
5. Refill & Drop Policy
Services tagged with "Refill" carry a defined guarantee period stated in their description. If drops occur within this period, submit a refill request via ticket or dashboard button.
If your account handle/username changes, the post is deleted, or the profile is set to private, the refill guarantee becomes void.
6. Limitation of Liability SMMReseller.in is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms against your accounts, including suspensions, bans, shadowbans, or removal of engagement. You use these promotional services at your own discretion.
